Ian became an HR Business Partner in 2017 and received his SHRM CP in December of 2020. In 2021, Ian was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources. A native of the Inland Northwest, Ian graduated from Eastern Washington University with a BA in Communication Studies and Business Administration. Ian currently serves on the Human Resources Committee for Transitions for Women and is 2021 graduate of Leadership Spokane.
