Toby joined Skils’kin in December of 2021 as the Vice President of State Programs. He believes in the power of employment, is a relational connector, and has a passion for the Spokane community. He has over 10 years of nonprofit and trade association management experience. Toby received a Bachelor’s degree and MBA through Whitworth University and is a graduate of Leadership Spokane.
