Skils’kin has expanded our partnership with AbilityOne to provide custodial services, food services, and grounds maintenance services to U.S. government agencies and the military. The AbilityOne program is a federal initiative that creates jobs and training opportunities to help individuals with disabilities lead more independent, productive lives.

We stay up-to-date on industry trends and maintain best practices for compliance to meet the needs of our federal clients. To that end, we are staying ahead of the curve by obtaining our Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) before required. Anticipating your needs in this manner allows us to deliver seamless services while implementing best practices for cyber security. We are also certified in the Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) through the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) with demonstrated management, quality systems, and service delivery.
Skils’kin also has a robust Quality Assurance department with a thorough reporting structure that allows us to rapidly identify and correct deficiencies. Our feedback loop is consistent, so you can work directly with us in real time to address any issues.

For seamless onboarding within your organization, we train our employees in areas such as food preparation and serving, nutrition and menu planning, cash register operation, table bussing, floor and carpet care, equipment management, and sanitation and waste management services.
