We begin with a robust discovery process to create a roadmap for job seekers to focus on their individual goals, passions, and career aspirations. Our diverse and passionate team provides tailor-made services and supports—including hands-on training and job coaching—to ensure win-win relationships for both the employee and employer.

Our Community Programs
Individual Supported Employment
Our Individual Supported Employment program supports people with disabilities in their efforts to obtain and maintain employment in the general workforce. We work with candidates to understand their hopes, dreams, and goals. We work as a team to determine their strengths and skills and provide resume and coaching services. From the start of the job search process to continuing development and retention, we are here to guide our clients.

Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services
We provide DVR services with trained and certified professionals that assist with Community Bases Assessment (CBA), Indepenendent Living Services including but not limited to proper relationship building, and interview practice as well as additional intensive training services. Transition Services
We provide outstanding Transition Services for current and graduating students. We focus on job readiness, skill building, and learning opportunities in the community to get the student ready for competitive integrated employment.
