Paid Time Off
Time off from work is essential to employee health and well-being. We offer eligible employees paid days off of work, including PTO (paid time off), vacation, company-observed holidays, jury duty, and sick leave. We strongly encourage our employees to use their accrued paid time off.

Medical & Dental Benefits
Our employees’ health is important to us at Skils’kin. We offer various insurance programs for eligible employees to cover routine and unexpected health events. We also offer dental coverage for eligible employees.

Life Insurance Benefits
In addition to medical and dental insurance coverage, we also offer our eligible employees life insurance benefits. Life insurance coverage can support your family in the event of your death.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Saving for retirement is incredibly important for all employees. We help eligible employees save for life after work with our 401(k) retirement savings plan.

Leave of Absence & FMLA Leave
Skils’kin understands that circumstances may require employees to take extended time off of work. We offer our eligible employees leaves of absence from work when they need to take time off for their health, to care for their family, and for a variety of other changes in circumstance.

ADA Accommodation
We offer accommodations for disability to employees who require it. All accommodation requests are confidential and are only disclosed to personnel essential to the accommodation process.
