Vice President, Federal Programs
As the Vice President of Federal Programs, Jerry works with both our AbilityOne program and our Representative Payee operation. On the AbilityOne side he oversees our operations and administrative teams which work to ensure quality services are delivered to our federal customers and that we provide a work environment for our employees that is positive and supportive of their employment goals. On the Payee side he is working with the team to expand the work we do with partner organizations who provide housing, mental health and other supports to our clients that help them maintain their independence in the community. He is also working to grow our client base by focusing in specific service areas like assisted and supported living providers and to more tightly integrate our intake processes with organizations like the State Department of Social and Health Services.
Before joining Skils’kin, Jerry had a successful career in the Seattle area in both the private sector and with leading nonprofits such as PROVAIL, Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Boys and Girls Clubs of King County. Jerry started his career as a CPA and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington State University and a master’s in public administration from Seattle University.
Jerry is a member of Spokane Rotary Club 21 and serves on the Disability Services Committee.
